Burn calories with ease!

Walking is one of the most easiest ways, and least expensive to burn some calories!  All you need is a little time and some good shoes!  If you don't have access to a treadmil, you can take a walk outside.  You can also walk in place! Take a walk inside your house! Around the coffee table!  No excuses!  Start at what pace is comfortable to you, for just a few minutes, dependeding on your fitness level.  Then as you improve you can add more time, incorporate hand weights for a challenge! The options are endless! Happy trails!
